HOUSING - CONDOR HOUSE

The Condor house is a short distance from the Neve Control Room. It has three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room. This living room is sometimes configured to accommodate overdubbing and editing work.

The hardwood floors are the original oak from when the house was built in the 1930s. The antique furnishings are from India, Romania, and Mexico. The house is adobe with Spanish vigas overhead. This house has a very cozy and comfortable feel to it.

The Condor House master bedroom features antique furnishings, original hardwood floors, and a Salvador Dali lithograph "The Eye."The rounded ceilings of the Condor House are another unique architectural feature.

The east bedroom features an antique Art Deco bed and antiques from Romania and India.

The west bedroom features a hand-carved antique bed from the 1800s.

Along with a full kitchen, The Condor House also has a laundry room with a washer/dryer.
