Along with the main Hacienda there are four more houses on the property to accommodate additional guest and housing needs. The Condor house is a short distance from the Neve Control Room. It has (three) bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room. This living room is some times configured to accommodate overdubbing and editing work.
The Condor living room is a one minute walk from the Neve Control Room. It features a 50" monitor , DirecTV, a 5.1 sound system and the most comfortable couches in the world.
The antique furnishings are from India, Romania and Mexico . The house is adobe with spanish vigas overhead. The hardwood floors are the original oak from when the house was built in the 1930's.
The Condor House master bedroom features antique furnishings, original hardwood floors and a Salvador Dali litograph "The Eye".
This western styled bedroom features a hand carved bed from the 1800's and original western oil paintings from the 1920's.
This bedroom features a Romanian trunk and antique Art Deco bed and can also be set up for over dubs and ProTools editing.
The "Codor House" also has a washer/dryer room along with full kitchen.
